International Trainee/University Graduate (female / male)

The programme provides you with a well-based and secure foundation for your future, is varied and is fun. By providing a comprehensive insight into the company's business and its processes you are given the chance of qualifying in their profession to take over specialist or management tasks at home and abroad if you are interested in strategic and conceptual tasks and implementing them in an international environment.
At Lekkerland in Europe, flat hierarchies exist and we make our decisions along short routes. For you, this means a high degree of professional leeway in decision-making and of your own responsibility at a very early stage.

The programmes, which have a duration of 18 months, are divided into a number of phases which have been put together individually. You will get to know our central departments at the headoffice and our business in our European subsidiaries, In these phases, you will work on complex tasks and projects as well as in the day-to-day-business. Thanks to an additional offer of seminars, your personal and professional development will be supported.

The following qualifications are important to us:

Outstanding graduation in Business Administration or Management Economics
Proven practical experience abroad
Fluent knowledge of English and German and knowledge of a further (Eastern) European language
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Independent self structure, ability to work under pressure
Team-capability
Distinct communication skills
Social and intercultural competence
Mobility within Europe
